The Science:

 Hero Ingredient: Bakuchiol

Derived from the babchi plant, and used in both Ayurvedic & Chinese medicine. Bakuchiol was found to act as a functional analogue of retinol in a double-blind, randomized study conducted by UC Davis. A potent antioxidant, Bakuchiol supports healthy skin by increasing cell turnover and enhancing the efficacy of Betaine Salicyliate without causing the dryness or irritation typically associated with retinoids.  

Hero Ingredient: Betaine Salicylate

Gently breaks down dead skin cells while conditioning deeper skin layers. Betaine Salicylate combines the hydrating benefits of betaine derived from sugar beets with the keratolytic properties of salicylic acid. This complex helps to clear cellular buildup without drying the skin.

 For best results:

Use once per week. Massage 1-2 pumps into damp skin and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off and follow with a moisturizer.
